Integrative Therapy Program

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It can be a normal reaction to stress. For example, you might feel anxious when faced with a difficult problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. Stress is a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. This is a 6 days residential therapy program.

11:00 - 11:30 - Virtual Reality Immersion / Healing Session - I (Optional)


11:30 – 12:30 - Shiro Abhyanga therapy


01:00 – 02:00 - Lunch


02:00 – 04:00 - Art Therapy - 1


04:00 – 05:00 - General / Personal Individual Talks / Group Discussion

05:00 - 05:30 - Tea Break


05:30 – 06:00 - Managing Anxiety & Stress.


07:00 – 08:00 - Dinner


08:00 – 08:50 - Working with traditional herbs


08:15 – 09:00 - Behavior Healing 


09:00 – 09:30 - Yoga Nidra / Meditation / Breathing Exercises

End of Day

Note:


1) Virtual Reality Immersion / Healing Sessions will be offered to participants if recommended by therapist.

2) Simulated Reality (Vedic Psychology - CBH) sessions duration my increase if recommended by therapist.

 

3) Meditation sessions not recommended for brains suffering from Intermittent explosive disorder.
 

4) Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy is not recommended for Pregnant woman (5+ Month onwards) and serious heart patients.

5) Therapist can add specialized modules for individuals to the therapy program as per the requirements.

6) Boarding & Lodging for all participants is arranged within campus.

Tulasi IM reserve the rights to make changes in program, therapy sessions and schedule anytime without even informing to anyone.
