Insomnia

Integrative Therapy Program

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. With insomnia, you may have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting good quality sleep. This happens even if you have the time and the right environment to sleep well. Insomnia can get in the way of your daily activities and may make you feel sleepy during the day. This is a 6 days residential therapy program.

08:00 – 08:30 - Spiritual Psychology / Working with traditional herbs 

08:30 – 09:00 - Breakfast


09:00 – 10:00 - Psychotherapist Session


10:00 – 10:30 - CBH


10:30 - 12:00 - Art Therapy - 1


12:00 – 01:00 - Shiro Abhyanga therapy


01:30 – 02:00 - Lunch


02:00 – 04:30 - Art Therapy - 2


05:00 – 05:30 - Tea Break


05:30 – 06:00 - Vedic Psychology

 

06:00 – 06:30 - Working with traditional herbs


07:00 – 08:00 - Dinner


08:30 – 09:00 - Mantra Meditation / Handling Blame Game & Guilt Feeling


09:00 – 09:30 - Managing Anger & Intrusive Thoughts / Behavior Healing 

End of Day

Note:


1) Virtual Reality Immersion / Healing Sessions will be offered to participants if recommended by therapist.

2) Simulated Reality (Vedic Psychology - CBH) sessions duration my increase if recommended by therapist.

 

3) Meditation sessions not recommended for brains suffering from Intermittent explosive disorder.
 

4) Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy is not recommended for Pregnant woman (5+ Month onwards) and serious heart patients.

5) Therapist can add specialized modules for individuals to the therapy program as per the requirements.

6) Boarding & Lodging for all participants is arranged within campus.
