Nightmare

Integrative Therapy Program

A nightmare, also known as a bad dream, is an unpleasant dream that can cause a strong emotional response from the mind, typically fear but also despair, anxiety, disgust or great sadness. The dream may contain situations of discomfort, psychological or physical terror, or panic. After a nightmare, a person will often awaken in a state of distress and may be unable to return to sleep for a short period of time. Recurrent nightmares may require medical help, as they can interfere with sleeping patterns and cause insomnia. This is a 6 days residential therapy program.

12:00 – 01:00 - Naturopathy / Panchakarma Session


01:00 – 02:00 - Lunch


02:00 – 03:30 - Art Therapy - 1


03:30 – 04:30 - Vedic Psychology / Personal Individual Talks

04:30 - 05:00 - Virtual Reality Immersion / Healing Session - 2

05:00 - 05:30 - Tea Break


05:30 – 06:30 - Managing Anxiety & Stress.


07:00 – 08:00 - Dinner


08:00 – 08:30 - Working with traditional herbs


08:00 – 08:30 - Behavior Healing 


09:00 – 09:30 - Yoga Nidra / Meditation / Breathing Exercises

End of Day

Note:


1) This program is not available to Pregnant woman (5+ Month onwards) and serious heart patients.

2) Simulated Reality (Vedic Psychology - CBH) sessions duration my increase if recommended by therapist.

 

3) Meditation sessions not recommended for brains suffering from Intermittent explosive disorder.
 

5) Therapist can add specialized modules for individuals to the therapy program as per the requirements.

6) Boarding & Lodging for all participants is arranged within campus.

Tulasi IM reserve the rights to make changes in program, therapy sessions and schedule anytime without even informing to anyone.
